PowerOn
One critical aspect of joining any new company is the assimilation process. At GE Energy we believe this orientation period is an important element of your overall career success. To help you learn more about our business, as well as build a network, we have created PowerOn - a new employee orientation program - designed especially for you. New employees are required to attend bi-monthly training sessions that highlight our key business processes, innovative products and operating rhythm. In addition, new employees are introduced to members of our leadership team.
To complement these training sessions we have also created a PowerOn newsletter and website to provide on-going information and resources to help you navigate through your first 12 months with GE Energy. PowerOn provides a great opportunity to meet and network with the thousands of other new hires across our business. We encourage you to take advantage of the offerings and ensure you're on the right track to career success at GE Energy.
